I had a samsung laptop and every main store I went to said they would not even touch it. Thankfully this guy was able to fix it saved me a lot of money and trouble. Super friendly and is definitely worth checking out if you have decided needing repair.

They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

UPDATE: My MacBook key needed two keys replaced, as I am a writer, and kill my keys easily. I went to Mac store and told it would be a $1000, and better to trade in my beloved Mac. I went to PC Whoop and for $150 was able to keep my Mac...and not shell out for a new computer...or take a loss...as still lots of life in the Mac. This is my back up laptop, and not having to pay for a new backup was such a relief, as I cannot be without computer.

These guys soldered some new capacitors onto my washing machine CCU board. Very quick, timely and cost effective! If you do not trust your own soldering skills, bring your board to these guys!

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

10/10 service! These guys know what they’re doing! I brought in a late model (90’s) pc we picked up at an estate sale. PC Whoop was able to clean it up, add a hard drive and return it to me within days! The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!
