I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. Very helpful and timely. I brought in two old (2017) macbook air to replace their respective batteries and they replaced the batteries in a day. Good as new! Would go back if I need anything from them.

My laptop lost power and I would like to have it fixed right away. Initially, Ali said it would cost $55 to open it and see if it can be fixed without leaving the computer overnight. I agreed. Ali opened it and found out it was an easy fix and then said he would charge me only $20. What a surprise? Ali is an honest person. So, I will definitely go back when I need help on my computers!

This place is great. Fast, Friendly, Affordable. We had a HP Oman PC with a burnt out power supply. They diagnosed it, replaced it and had us pick it up fixed within 24 hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went here to have my laptop diagnosed and find the culprit of the no post black screen and they did not disappoint! It was around 65 CAD for them to have a look inside my laptop. They called me back in two business days and found the culprit, which was a broken RAM chip. They offered me to replace the laptop's motherboard considering the RAM chip was soldered to it but I declined. They're really friendly and they know what they're doing! If you don't have the tools, experience, or time to fix your computer, this is your first stop!

All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). Was able to drop off my system and pickup the next day! I requested a laptop cleaning and to fix a potentially broken (very loud) laptop fan. PCwhoop was able to diagnose and repair the fan without needing any new parts; saving time (would have otherwise had to wait for this special part unique to the laptop) and money. The tech also gave the system a thorough cleaning/dusting; even removed the CPU/GPU heatsink then applying a fresh layer of thermal paste to both chips. My gaming laptop runs quieter, cooler than ever - like new again! Thank-you.
