I went here to have my laptop diagnosed and find the culprit of the no post black screen and they did not disappoint! It was around 65 CAD for them to have a look inside my laptop. They called me back in two business days and found the culprit, which was a broken RAM chip. They offered me to replace the laptop's motherboard considering the RAM chip was soldered to it but I declined. They're really friendly and they know what they're doing! If you don't have the tools, experience, or time to fix your computer, this is your first stop!

I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! This place is great. Fast, Friendly, Affordable. We had a HP Oman PC with a burnt out power supply. They diagnosed it, replaced it and had us pick it up fixed within 24 hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around. I'll definitely be back when I want to start collecting again!

Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. The whole process was smooth and fast.

Very good and fast service. Thought I would have to order the parts for my repair on eBay. Other repair companies I reached out to gave me a time lead of 1week plus. Pcwhoops was however able to help me complete my repair within 2 days.
