Brought my laptop in after it flew off my laptop stand onto the floor. They took a bit to diagnosis it but at the end they were able to find the issue and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. Saved me tons repairing it rather than replacing it!

Lovely to deal with and super friendly. I came in with a printer that I bought online…and helped me to sort out issue…at no charge. Very kind. The printer was bought online with no software available anymore…and thought it was just me doing something wrong…but spent the time to help me diagnose and return to person I bought from. UPDATE: My MacBook key needed two keys replaced, as I am a writer, and kill my keys easily. I went to Mac store and told it would be a $1000, and better to trade in my beloved Mac. I went to PC Whoop and for $150 was able to keep my Mac...and not shell out for a new computer...or take a loss...as still lots of life in the Mac. This is my back up laptop, and not having to pay for a new backup was such a relief, as I cannot be without computer.

Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around. What a great, local store! Also, environmentally friendly to repair your laptop or purchase a secondhand one. The man who helped me gave me options for what to do with pros and cons. He obviously knew quite a bit about computers, and helped me choose the best option for me.

Earlier this week my computer quit. Dead. No power. I use my computer for all my business and personal stuff and for our classic rock and country band Crossroads that is based out of Red Deer. I need it every day dealing with clients and gigs. Anyhow, my husband was going to Edmonton in the morning and so went online and found a computer repair place in Edmonton. PCWhoop! He went there the next day, dropped it off and they gave him an idea right away what was wrong. When he was back in Edmonton the next day he was able to pick it up fully repaired. I am more than impressed. The last place I took my computer for repair it sat on the bench for 3 days before they could even start to look at it and then several more days to get it repaired. This has always been the norm in Red Deer for computer repair; slow and frustrating. I am so happy and so impressed with PCWhoop.
