I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.

I visited this shop today as my keyboard wasn't working. They were very professional and helpful and did not feel "sales-pitchy". I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! Price was very reasonable and exactly what the quoted. Overall, so happy I stopped in. I would definitely go there again!

My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and it could not detect any external device either. I was panicked as I did not have backups of my recent work. So, I brought the laptop to PCwhoop. They fixed the issue and saved all my work. Amazing service.

All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). Hats off to Brayden at PCwhoop, will be coming back soon to inquire a custom PC build 🙂

Excellent and quick service. My friends laptop HP screen was broken. Repaired in a little more then 2 hours. Had touchscreen got touchscreen in it. Support you local SME, and not the big box stores. Do your repairs here.

Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. The whole process was smooth and fast.
