They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

The best place in Alberta to buy replacement parts, as well as offering other electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops, support services, among others. Customer service is the best part, gentle, polite, kind, helpful. I'm so thankful to be a costumer at PCWhoop. Hey google, I need much more stars to give for this place.

All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). Hats off to Brayden at PCwhoop, will be coming back soon to inquire a custom PC build 🙂

Excellent and quick service. My friends laptop HP screen was broken. Repaired in a little more then 2 hours. Had touchscreen got touchscreen in it. Support you local SME, and not the big box stores. Do your repairs here.

Troubleshooting and diagnosis on my high end gaming desktop, found the problem quickly. Diagnosis is 55 dollars, if you choose to have them repair it, that 55 dollars is credited to the account. Repair was much cheaper than expected. They also had a USB to SD card adapter that I was having a hard time finding. Highly recommended, they don't jerk you around and fix whatever the issue is.

Very good and fast service. Thought I would have to order the parts for my repair on eBay. Other repair companies I reached out to gave me a time lead of 1week plus. Pcwhoops was however able to help me complete my repair within 2 days.

Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around. PC Whoop staff are awesome. They are knowledgeable, efficient and their service is of stellar quality. Simple diagnostics of my computer was done and issues of it running slow and always freezing were fixed.
