review rating 5  I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.

  • review rating 5  I had a problem where the 13 year old and incredibly Obsolete laptop I was using died. It died right before I could due a backup of very important information such as my passwords and the manuscripts I was working on. I was faced with losing Everything, including losing years of work as an author. A Nightmare that made me feel physically ill. I searched around, reviewed and checked out some places, found PCWhoop and contacted them. Not only was the price Very reasonable (and much lower than I was worried about as my budget offers little room for extras) but they achieved a complete recovery of all my information from the old laptop's HDD. You can easily imagine how relieved and happy that made me!! I am now looking to do a post-purchase upgrade of the RAM on my new laptop, contacted them about it and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. 1; They answered all my questions and gave me the information I need to plan this upgrade into my budget 2; They told me what would be involved regarding the mechanical side of things to do this upgrade and again left me very satisfied and feeling very secure in choosing them for help anytime a computer issue comes up. They're honest. They don't try to baffle you, they speak plain and make things understandable. Their prices are VERY reasonable for the high-calibre service and customer service they maintain!! They have a level of customer service that is--bluntly-speaking--superior to any of their competitors I checked out prior to engaging them for the data recovery. They leave you feeling secure when it comes to addressing computer issues. Solidly Professional, friendly, and when you ask a question you get a complete answer in plain language that allows you to really understand what's-what so you can make a properly-informed decision. To PCWhoop, Thank-You!!!

review rating 5  Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

  • review rating 5  PCwhoop are life savers. I accidentally drenched my Macbook Pro in water and within 24 hours they had my dead laptop up and working again. PCwhoop went above and beyond to get my laptop fixed and I would recommend anyone needing any repairs to make PCwhoop your first stop!

  • review rating 5  Troubleshooting and diagnosis on my high end gaming desktop, found the problem quickly. Diagnosis is 55 dollars, if you choose to have them repair it, that 55 dollars is credited to the account. Repair was much cheaper than expected. They also had a USB to SD card adapter that I was having a hard time finding. Highly recommended, they don't jerk you around and fix whatever the issue is.

  • review rating 5  They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

review rating 5  Fast and affordable service! Patrick was very thorough and elaborated well on the procedures we needed to get my laptop fixed. You do half the payment before the labour and the other half when the service is done. Patrick was super chill and kind! Probably going to be my go to person now for any computer repairs.

review rating 5  Computer is currently waiting on parts and in their possession. But as of now they have been communicating regularly with info and status of where its at. Unfortantly the type of screen my lap top required had to come from across seas and will be a while in this current situation we are in. Again they have been very informative on progress and what is going on.

review rating 5  Was able to drop off my system and pickup the next day! I requested a laptop cleaning and to fix a potentially broken (very loud) laptop fan. PCwhoop was able to diagnose and repair the fan without needing any new parts; saving time (would have otherwise had to wait for this special part unique to the laptop) and money. The tech also gave the system a thorough cleaning/dusting; even removed the CPU/GPU heatsink then applying a fresh layer of thermal paste to both chips. My gaming laptop runs quieter, cooler than ever - like new again! Thank-you.
