I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). Troubleshooting and diagnosis on my high end gaming desktop, found the problem quickly. Diagnosis is 55 dollars, if you choose to have them repair it, that 55 dollars is credited to the account. Repair was much cheaper than expected. They also had a USB to SD card adapter that I was having a hard time finding. Highly recommended, they don't jerk you around and fix whatever the issue is.
