Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around. Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. The whole process was smooth and fast.

Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! For e.g. they fixed our Macbook butterfly keyboard where every other repair company in Edmonton refused to, some IT guys said throw away the Macbook and just buy a new one.
