  All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). It died right before I could due a backup of very important information such as my passwords and the manuscripts I was working on.   Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

  I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.

  I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. I was even told that I had to buy extra parts and provide my own parts for the repair. I called PCwhoop. They were able to do the repair (without me having to order parts prior to taking it in) also, the turnaround time was phenomenal; far less then any other place I called previously. Professional staff, polite customer service and their price was exactly what I could afford. If you need repairs; consider taking your computer or laptop to PCwhoop. They helped me get back to work, ASAP with a low-cost and friendly repair.

  I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

  My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and it could not detect any external device either. I was panicked as I did not have backups of my recent work. So, I brought the laptop to PCwhoop. They fixed the issue and saved all my work. Amazing service.
